Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

If you wish you cancel your order, please ensure you notify us as soon as possible. If we have already packaged and paid for postage on your item we will be unable to proceed with the cancellation of the order.

If your goods arrive damaged / faulty / incorrect, please ensure you notify us within 24hrs of arrival so we can assist with a solution.

Requests for refunds in the UK must be made within 14 days of items arrival, and returned within 28 days to be eligible for a refund.

We have the right to decline your request for refund should your item be damaged / in used condition.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the item/s being received by us. We are unable to process the refund until the items are received by us.

We will be unable to refund your shipping cost, and only your item cost.

 

Please note, return packaging and postage costs must be covered by the buyer.

Postage Information

At checkout you will have the option of different postage options.

Postage days are three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays.

Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay for any custom / import charges that may occur.

If you’re purchasing from the UK:

  •  Royal Mail - 1st Class Tracked Service. 1st class is not a guaranteed service, Royal Mail attempts to make delivery next day including Saturdays. This is a fully tracked service without a signature.

  • Royal Mail – 2nd Class Tracked Service. 2nd class is not a guaranteed service, Royal Mail attempts to make deliveries within 3 working days, including Saturdays. This is a fully tracked service without a signature.

We are happy to try and accommodate to next day deliveries should your order be urgent.

Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can advise if this is possible.

If you’re purchasing internationally:

International Economy:

  • Western Europe in up to 2 weeks

  • Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks

  • North America in up to 6 weeks

  • South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks

  • Australia in up to 12 weeks

 

International Standard:

  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

  • Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

International Tracked:

This is a fully tracked service. We recommend using this option if you want to keep an eye on the journey your parcel is on!
