Simply, easy and so effective!
Polystyrene balls are easy to come across online, especially places like ebay! For this size, which is an anagram crystal clearz 18" - 22" in. 500ml plastic bottle filled with poly balls is the perfect quantity. For other size balloons, you would need to trial the weight/quantity that works best. Clearz work really well with this, due to their stretchiness and the spherical shape.
Please note - this is with air. We have not yet trialled helium, helium will vary dependant on balloon used, such as clearz, deco bubbles, bobos etc. This would be using this tutorial as a guide and adjusting to helium as you trial.
